Facilitating in Change
refers to a double purpose: enabling people and organisations to
manage change, and promoting change itself towards equity and sustainability.
Her services are directed towards these purposes: facilitating assessment
(audit) and mainstreaming processes with a focus on gender and HIV/AIDS;
capacity building; assisting in policy and strategy development,
planning and institutional issues; supporting monitoring and evaluation
and conducting participatory evaluation and impact study of programmes,
projects and policies.
