"Test your Organisation with the 12-Boxes Framework. A Facilitators' Guide to Support NGOs in Self-Assessing their Response to HIV and AIDS in their Workplace and in their Work Using a Gender Perspective"
On request of Oxfam Novib, I developed a facilitator's guide to assist NGOs in improving their competence to respond to HIV and AIDS in the workplace and the work. It includes an explicit gender perspective. The guide is based on extensive testing at six NGOs in three countries in Africa and Asia. The (free) publication can be ordered at dic@oxfamnovib.nl. As a follow-up I am involved in creating a pool of facilitators who can support NGOs in this self-assessment process.
